	What is the DSDI Holiday Business Schedule?

DSDI offices are closed in observance of most nationally recognized holidays within the United States. DSDI operations cease on the following dates:

2011 SCHEDULE

    * Monday, September 3rd (Labor Day)
    * (Thursday & Friday) November 24, 25 (Thanksgiving)
    * Monday and Tuesday, December 26, 27 (Christmas)
    * Monday, January 2nd, 2012 (New Year's Day)

When DSDI offices are closed for the above holiday schedule, no new orders will be processed and slight delays in order fulfillment should be expected. Additionally, no Support Services will be available at this time. Orders may still be placed 24 hours a day at the http://dropshipdirect.com/warehouse website. With the exception of the above dates, DSDI ships most orders within 3-5 business days (unless otherwise noted in product descriptions or under special circumstances).

Orders may also be delayed during the last week due to end-of-year physical inventory audits.

Please note that expedited/rush shipping orders (ie those shipping faster than Ground delivery) may still require up to 3-5 business days for initial order processing and fulfillment (although they will be given priority). DSDI encourages its Reseller customers to consider these factors during all holiday seasons.
