We've updated the DSDI SupportSystem to be easier than ever for our customers and partners.

Welcome to the new and improved DSDI™ SupportSystem located at DSDIR.COM.  Our upgraded platform includes the following changes:

TICKET CONTROLS
  • Ability to create new tickets via email (emails should only be sent from email addresses associated with your DSDI™ account)
  • Option to update ticket replies via email (email replies will update existing ticket threads)
  • Supports multiple ticket update recipients
EXPANDED TECHNICAL HELP & TRAINING
  • Comprehensive SupportSystem and interactive FAQ based at DSDIR.COM 
  • Customer feedback system
  • Community Help Forums
