I’ve been a member for a few months now and I’m always very happy with the place. Always a friendly face to greet me and check in is breeze. Lots of equipment so you can always get a treadmill or whatever you want and the huge fans are the best! Always love my massage chairs and hydro beds after my workout so it’s a definite 5 star.

The Prattville facility is always clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Clientele are polite and courteous. Equipment is well maintained. I'm a black card member and I thoroughly enjoy the massage beds and chairs. The tanning booths are clean and well maintained too.

The lighting and the space. The equipment is planet fitness standard but the space to move around was above average. The lighting and the aesthetics were different, not a game changer but noticeable. The large windows made for a nice view as well!

I can’t say enough awesome things about this incredibly affordable gym and its entire staff. I’ve been a member here for about a year now. I was extremely nervous about joining a gym; I was in my 20s when I last spent any real time strength training. Given I had developed a great deal of anxiety and depression over the past few years, I really struggled to develop any real consistency the first few weeks. However, with every visit, I was so eagerly welcomed and spoiled by Kate, April, Krissy, and Alex - that each visit became something I looked more and more forward to. In college, I worked at a variety of gyms, so I’m well aware of the gimmicks, tricks, and superficial front desk hospitality that you find at most of the big name gyms….but not Prattville Planet Fitness. No gimmicks or frills - $10 for the gym or $25 for it all. The place is always spotless. They’re constantly adding new equipment. The staff genuinely take the time to greet and get to know every client that I see walk through the door. I’ve never seen broken equipment, and I’ve never had to wait for anything - tanning, machines, weights. They literally have EVERYTHING and professional body builder could want in my opinion. I think what stands out most about Prattville PF (because I have inside of some other ones), are the people who work there. I could write an entirely separate but equally positive review for Kate, Krissy, and April. These ladies are tremendously uplifting, supportive, and kind. I’m super thankful for my gym peeps at PF!!! 5/8/25 I love everything about Planet Fitness, but most of all, the people who work there. I have visited other gyms throughout our area, and I have never experienced the type of hospitality that I experience at Planet Fitness. I love that there are no frills when it comes to the membership prices. No need to read in between the lines of the contract. Everything is straightforward and extremely affordable. The gym is always pristine, and I appreciate that they are always adding new equipment. However, my favorite thing about this Jim are the people who work there. April, Kate, and Krissy (sp?) are phenomenal at what they do. They go out of their way to speak and greet every single member. They remember everyone’s names, and greet everyone with a smile. They take time to start conversation and invest in the members as if they were part of a family. Thank you for hiring wonderful people! Please let them know that they are the reason that I work out there!

I was in about a month and a half ago. I fell off the treadmill and fractured my left ankle. J was there by himself and helped my a lot. He put ice on my ankle. Two sweet ladies helped me into a chair. I owe all of them a BIG thank u.

User Carlos Brown I love the great customer service I receive from Kate and Ella. They always greet people when they come in, and when the leave. Both of those young ladies make you feel like your family. I wish the rest of the staff could have the same great attitude. Another great thing is they keep that gym spotless. That is why I love going to Planet Fitness.

Ella was super helpful, amazing personality, and ensured cleanliness. She even took the time away from her duties to give me a visual presentation on how to work a machine. Gave me recommendations and overall improved my anxiety of going to the gym alone and being afraid of new things. Shout out to you girl

I love this planet fitness. It’s usually not crowded at all between 6-8am which is when I usually go. All of the equipment is in good working order and the whole place is extremely clean. The front desk staff are also nice/welcoming. The changing facilities and showers with changing stalls are a must for me as I usually leave from there and go to work. The shower facilities are nicer than an average gym, with individual showers with curtains. Highly recommend this gym.

Love it. Very clean, large, plenty of open equipment. Usually I go in the mornings, and it's a calm older crowd or other females. I've been a member at other gyms in town, I'm most happy with planet fitness.

I have traveled all over the country and by far this is the best Planet Fitness in terms of size, updated equipment and cleanliness. Nice balance of cardio ,free weights and other resistance machines. Excellent 👌 …
