We had loads of fun with 2 of our grandsons!! Definitely will be back! A little pricey, But when you consider the things you are getting to do...well I thought it was worth it. I think we spent like $269 for 4 of us. Extreme passes, plus $20 of video game play.

I have been bringing my family to this establishment regularly since they opened and have held many birthday parties there and have literally given them thousands of dollars in patronage. Sadly after our last few visits, we will not be returning. The management, or mismanagement, has ran this place into the ground. Almost half of the games do not work anymore and there has been zero effort to repair them. Even the half that does still work, is broken and in ill repair. It's so bad that they have roped off a section of the arcade to store dead broken games. Yet you can watch their "maintenance" worker wheel around the establishment not working on anything and often just screwing off. The food quality has dropped astronomically, while the prices go up. We ordered pizza and got no spatulas because they were "out of them" when the establishment was nearly empty. We also ordered fries, and discovered the ketchup dispenser was empty because somehow they were out of that too. After our all around terrible and disappointing experience, I brought my kids to the prize redemption center. After picking out prizes, we went to the register and waited over 10 minutes for an employee that never showed. During this time, the manager even walked through the redemption center and completely ignored the line of kids wanting prizes. A few minutes after being ignored by the manager, we loudly told the employees up front that there was a line being ignored, and they just ignored us. After another 5 minutes (15 total) we ended up leaving without any prizes because the employees just kept ignoring us and the line behind us. Others left as well. This place is just sad and ridiculous now. I do not forsee them staying in business much longer unless something drastic changes. Also a side note. There was a tweaking homeless person in the dining area that was storing their backpacks and sleeping bags at their table. Completely unexcusable in what is supposed to be a safe family setting.

Terrible experience. Spent money to go karting and the kids changed their mind and didn't want to go. I went with some buddies and we still wanted to race. We had to wait 45 min to race and eventually got to. However, they put us into a race with r kids who didn't even meet the height and age requirement. They could not even turn and kept hitting the barriers. Kept slowing us down. Employees are lazy and do the BARE minimum. We asked for a refund and said they can't do anything about it. Then what is the point of a receipt. This place needs to do a lot a changes before I ever go back.

Nathan was a rock star! I’d leave a five star but I can’t with complaints about other staff being trained in none or some of the stations. Nathan was the only one on staff during our time there that was trained in the climbing wall. We waited nearly 25 minutes. We did get the pass that had four stations included. We had to wait at all of them. Not sure if that’s the norm. But it seemed like there was enough staff to tolerate the number of people there today. We enjoyed the laser tag! It’s high cardio and a good time.

Very disappointed as ive been bringing my granddaughter for over a year and games were up and running good. Now we come and A LOT of games don't work, just a few in photos. The maintenance guy needs to work on games instead of ride around on buggy watching sports games which I saw him doing today.

Short staffed, some staff guessing at what their job functions were, probably due to having to cover for other areas, lots of broken arcade machines that take your money. Nearly spent $400 for the ultimate package for 6 people plus 2 pizzas and drinks, then had one of the workers try to charge us $25 to sit at the table because she thought we were having a party. I would like to not go there again, but unfortunately we still need to use it for laser tag and bumper cars which we didn't get to. Some staff seemed very "disgruntled" and "stressed". Which is understandable if you're short staffed.

Fun place to be, but spent a good amount of time just waiting for someone to assist us at an attraction, when there was maybe 5-10 customers at most in the entire building. We were constantly β€œhunting” people down to help us. I put the fault on management. 4-5 managers standing twiddling their thumbs watching people wait in β€œlines” when they are the only one in queue. I won’t be surprised if this place closes down soon.

If you have an exuberant amount of time to waste waiting on staffers to never show up for an attraction, then this is the place for you. The employees are not welcoming nor do they seem competent. The prices do not match the service by any means. We will not be coming again.

The EFC is a favorite for our family! We come here for birthdays or just a great afternoon. The place is always clean, safe, and the staff is helpful. And most of all FUN!

Fun place to bring the kids and spend some time playing games, playing laser tag, and go-kart racing. Decent track, decent prices. Typical food for this kind of place β€” nothing fancy (pizzas, sandwiches, wings, etc). As is normal, play games and gather tickets (electronically) for prizes, but need a bazillion tix for anything half decent. Still a fun time.
