Miniclip announced today that its games have more than 4 billion downloads combined. The casual games platform offers several games including Agar.io, 8 Ball Pool, and Baseball Clash.
Miniclip started in 2001 and currently employs more than 900 people in 13 countries. The company reached its latest milestone, 3 billion downloads, in June 2020 with more than 60 games. The most popular game is 8 Ball Pool, which earned a Guinness World Record for most downloaded mobile pool game.
Paul Bugryniec, Miniclip’s Chief Analytics Officer, said in a statement: “Achieving four billion downloads is a wonderful way to close the first quarter of what is already going to be a fantastic year at Miniclip. We are delighted that our games are continue to find its way into the pockets of gamers around the world, and we want to thank all the talented Miniclippers and studios who helped us reach this milestone.”
