Job Opening for 2D / 3D Designer / Illustrator in eXcell (Redmond, WA 98052)

Our Client is currently seeking a talented 2D / 3D Designer (Illustrator) to help bring projects to life for one of the largest tech companies.

Portfolio / Reel review is required and previous experience working at large company will help to be successful in this role.

Responsibilities:
Create expressive visual design, based on human centered principles, that harmonizes emotive expression with product functionality.
Articulate a clear point of view for customer experiences and the rationale behind them through a variety of visual storytelling methods.
Rapidly visualize concepts for new product experiences or existing ones.
Partner with product, content, and motion designers to create beautiful and inclusive expressive content that delights and engages our customers.
Collaborate with art directors, producers, and strategists to ensure creative, logistical, and strategic goals are attained.
Develop style guidelines, specs, patterns, or other deliverables to document the essential elements of a design solution for development or future use.
With an obsessive eye for detail, to ensure quality fit and finish for product releases.
Requirements:
Portfolio demonstrating excellence in visual design, creativity, and compelling storytelling.
Experience crafting innovative expressive content for our experiences as an individual contributor from start to finish.
Experience in planning and delivering work independently in a collaborative, multi-discipline team.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Industrial Design, or equivalent experience.
Proficiency with Cinema or any other 3D program, Octane, RedShift, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma (preferred) and / or Sketch. Modeling and Animation.
Experience with brand and marketing communication design, motion design, icon design, typographic design and illustration is a plus.
Experience designing for marketing upsell or e-commerce promotional experiences is a plus.
