The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, possessing meticulous attention to detail and will be well-versed in designing visuals for digital, web and print production. This position reports to the Creative Director and is a regular full-time position based out of our Asheville, North Carolina office. Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.Job responsibilitiesPossess strong grasp of branding strategy and developmentDesign, and execute integrated identity, collateral, websites, and ad campaigns for brands across print and webDeliver a variety of high-quality designs for campaigns within tight timelinesCollaborate with creative directors, copywriters, project manager and account executivesBring a positive, professional and collaborative attitude to all projectsResearch and share information with the creative department about design trends and stylesHave a keen attention to detail and great time management skillsMaintain a high level of organization within design files and file storageRequirements:3+ years experience as graphic designerExperience working in an advertising or creative environmentBachelor of Fine Arts, Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design or related degreeDeep knowledge of traditional, digital, video, and design tools, trends and stylesProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and AcrobatPortfolio of personal work demonstrates strong art direction and design skills in a variety of mediumsUnderstanding of integrated communications, including advertising, marketing and public relationsWebsite design experience required, proficiency in WordPress, Squarespace and similar dashboard-based editorsVideo experience working in Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar is a bonus.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsJob Type: Full-timePay: From $40,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:We are currently observing COVID-19 protocols.
