Job Description :	Position Title: Associate, Graphic Design (Part-time)Location: Little Rock, Arkansas or Remote, within the U.S.Department: CommunicationsReports to: Senior Officer, Graphic DesignPOSITION SUMMARYWinrock International seeks a part-time, highly creative, versatile, and ambitious graphic designer to add to our Communications Team. The Graphic Design Associate will create traditional and interactive reports, presentations, infographics, and social media graphics. The successful applicant will work with a variety of internal clients to communicate complex issues in a simple, attractive, cohesive manner that is consistent with the established brand.This position requires a 20 hour weekly commitment.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIESMajor Responsibilities: Manage a heavy workflow of diverse design needs.Execute the design and layout of publications (informational handouts, project reports, etc.).Design infographics, social media graphics and other graphics as necessary.Collaborate with Communications, New Business, Programs, and international field staff in the execution of original or third-party materials across all media platforms.Complete photo selection and resizing assignments for the website.POSITION QUALIFICATIONSEducation: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Art or related field required or equivalent experience.Experience: Demonstrated experience in producing design products in a given timeline.Position-Specific Skills: A diverse portfolio showing a strong understanding of design principles.Proven ability to work within strict branding guidelines.Ability to work under tight deadlines with excellent problem solving, creative and communication skills.Ability to switch rapidly between several projects in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrate a strong attention to detail.Manage and respond to design feedback effectively.Computer/Technical Skills: A proven history of success in design with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically: InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.Microsoft Office Suite expert user (PowerPoint and Word required).Communication Skills: Advanced written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.Language: English language proficiency required.Required Travel: Ability to travel as needed.Physical Demands: Typical office environment standing and sitting.Application Materials: In addition to a resume and cover letter please provide a portfolio of design samples, including: print publications, social media graphics, presentations, and infographics.
