The Natural & Insurgent team is looking for an Associate Graphic Designer to translate brand briefs into compelling visual stories to help drive the Natural and Insurgent brands forward. You’ll be responsible for creating visual concepts, communicating ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate our consumers. An integral member of the Creative Team you’ll work across print, packaging, digital, POS, eCommerce and social media. HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Social Media and Ecommerce Support – As a key part of the Natural and Insurgent creative team, you’ll design and deliver assets for cross functional marketing campaigns as well as department specific design needs. Additionally, you’ll be a key player in making sure we show up cohesively across all digital touchpoints. Our online success is shaped by you! Packaging Design – Working closely with internal stakeholders and lead Graphic Designer, you’ll design packaging mock-ups for product innovation meetings with buyers from key customers across various banners. Your attention to detail and passion for packaging design will be a key to success. Shopper Marketing – You’ll take the lead in delivering shopper marketing creative. In this role, you’ll design collateral for all brands including digital ads, print ads, and Point of Sale (POS). Digital Design – create new designs and working with existing designs across many mediums, specifically emails, website, paid media, social media and sales sheets. YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS Required: 1-2 years in a graphic designer position delivering on marketing needs. Portfolio demonstrating hands on creative experience. Experience in creating graphics: including GIFs, animations, stop motions and 3D renders. Independent, self-starter with ability to manage multiple projects at once and deliver on competing timelines. A keen eye for detail and strong sense of typography, color and composition. Proficient in Adobe Suite Programs. Specifically, Photoshop and Illustrator Bonus Points: Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design, communication arts or related field with a thorough understanding of design principles and best practices, as well as emerging trends CPG experience Health and wellness passion Illustration skill set and passion for creating brand illustration style guides.
