In this digital-forward role as an Associate Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for the creation, development, and delivery of designs for all things digital including locating, creating, and managing design assets for the creative development across the core Product Design team under the Digital Experiences umbrella. This position provides creative support for daily production and long-range assignments, contributes to group projects, and works independently on assignments when needed. This is a hands-on position requiring individuals who are proficient in Adobe Suite, who can create compelling decks and mock-up pre-visualizations, change direction easily, push their creativity and software skills to higher levels, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with a team of UI/UX Designers, Animators, Product Managers, and Creative Leaders. Responsibilities: Designing digital assets (logos, mockups, branding materials, etc.) for the creative development of products under the Digital Experiences umbrella Designing branding and assets for various proprietary NFT collections Providing creative support for daily production and long-range assignments Creating compelling decks and visual mockups for a wide variety of IPs, and tech-based products (IoT devices, wearables, home smart products, speakers, etc.) for major brand partners and creative stakeholders Working independently on assignments when needed, as well as in a team setting Ensuring projects are completed with high quality and on schedule Following company established branding styles and guidelines Partner with UI/UX Designers, Animators, Product Managers and Market Leaders to ensure projects are on brief and on track Retouching and manipulation of images Working with a wide range of media using the Adobe Creative suite, Sketch, and Keynote Basic Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience working as an associate or junior graphic designer, digital production designer or similar role Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, web, mobile, and IoT devices Proficiency in a variety of design tools such as Sketch, Keynote, and the Adobe Creative Suite (Including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects) Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects Interest in new media (NFTs, digital education, new technologies, tech consumer products) Strong personal time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must have digital production skills creating digital assets in a fast-paced environment Client Description: This legendary company has entertained, informed and inspired people around the globe for over 90 years.
