Job Description :	Divcon Controls is currently seeking an experienced BMS Systems Graphics Integrator to work in our Dallas, TX office. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, excellent technical skills and strong communication/interpersonal skills. This person must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, possess a high degree of integrity and have the ability to analyze a variety of problems and work independently. They must be a technical problem solver with exceptional troubleshooting skills. This position requires mature judgment and initiative. Time management and organizational skills are also essential.Responsibilities: Complete all graphics design/development within the allotted engineering labor hours.Design visually appealing, dynamic, easy to use, and modern looking graphic solutions for building operators as per client or company standards.Complete review and understanding of design support which includes logging & tracking projects and status.Support project managers and control technicians in designing graphics for their projects.Support delivery of graphics to the jobsite to meet completion schedules.Must be able to multi-task and work on more than one design project at a time.Identify quality control issues and notify project manager and engineering manager in a timely manner.Maintain consistent response time and follow up with each assigned project managers.Ensure accurate and timely graphic design deliverables.Ensure proper documentation for long term servicing of customers.Maintain a copy of the latest graphics as-builts of completed jobs.Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:HS diploma or equivalent required.Associates degree or 1-2 years of vocational technical training preferred.1-2 years of experience with building automation preferred.Understanding of graphics software applications such as: Photoshop, Paint, Adobe Illustrator, Orcaview Illustrator, Niagara Tridium graphics, Sweet Home 3D, DGLogik/DGLux5, or equivalent.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offRetirement planSchedule:Monday to FridayExperience:Building Automation Graphics: 2 years (Preferred)HVAC Systems: 2 years (Preferred)DDC Controls: 2 years (Preferred)Work Location:One locationThis Company Describes Its Culture as:Detail-oriented — quality and precision-focusedOutcome-oriented — results-focused with strong performance cultureWork Remotely:NoWork Location: One location
