Job Description :	Graphic Designer A position at our company isn’t your ordinary job. Qualifications include two or more years of relevant experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience. The qualified candidate will be organized and detail-oriented to track and prioritize multiple projects, can work independently and as a team player with the capability to meet deadlines. Skills and Abilities Proficient in Adobe Illustrator or CorelDraw Proficient in Adobe Photoshop Proficient with PC and windows 10k Knowledge of visual and digital design principles Knowledge of the pre-press production process, including knowledge of graphic/image preparation for print Knowledge of layout, color, grids, icons, typography, proportion, photography, and branding Knowledge of print production, including color separations, font, and proper file preparation Ability to convey clear, concise information in verbal, written, electronic, and other communication formats Ability to develop and maintain positive business relationships and foster an environment of mutual respect, understanding, trust, and support Ability to work under time constraints in a fast-paced production environment that requires attention to detail Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with seasoned creative team RESPONSIBILITIES Prioritizes each day to schedule the workflow efficiently and cost-effectively Works with co-workers and customers with file transfers, FTP access, photo library options, online proofs, etc. Inspects jobs for accuracy before sending them to QA for review Provides proofs and receives approvals Maintains accurate electronic and paper record of File Storage Follows a layout to place computer-generated graphic images on a pre-determined layout Maintains production rate consistency and meets or exceeds established minimum rates Works on multiple projects simultaneously Establishes and maintains effective team relationships with all support departments Follows all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes Performs other duties as assigned What’s in it for you: When you work as an employee of The Reserves Network, you are eligible to enroll in medical, dental and vision insurance, as well as Accident, disability, life, 401K, and our outstanding referral bonus program!
