Job Description :	We’re looking for a candidate to take our presentations to the next level with deliverables on multimedia through the use of social media. The Presentation Specialist/Community Liaison will be providing support to a non-profit and working to positively impact the community here in San Diego. The ideal candidate must be a creative thinker who is an expert with PowerPoint applications. To be successful as the Presentation Specialist/Community Liaison, this individual must thrive in a team environment, and possess a confident, passionate, self-driven attitude. You must deliver on-time with high-quality deliverables while maintaining great attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, this candidate will have a love for helping non-profit organizations! Primary Responsibilities: Provide information about ASIP to local partners and regional partners Responsible for creating a strategic plan for outreach Engage in market research to gather industry expertise on emerging trends Take a lead role in planning and implementing activities associated with outreach campaigns and other special projects. Create and continuously update outreach materials Participate in neighborhood/ community events and attend meetings with other service providers, webinars, forums, etc. as assigned by Program Manager and Director Provides training, and support to external partners by maintaining and updating procedures and assisting with troubleshooting access issues Must be comfortable managing multiple projects and be able to communicate transparently and with confidence Excellent Research and Public Speaking skills Proven track record of creating presentations and successfully presenting them Proven ability to manage and execute against multiple projects/tasks, and work efficiently against tight deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbally and written Solid time management, organizational skills, critical thinking, analytical, and interpersonal skills Experience planning and implementing webinars Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
