They will assist in creating٫ improving, planning and maintaining content with the goal of achieving business goals, optimization, brand consistency and to continue to build the company a strong social media presence as well as aid in business development via social media marketing. We are looking for a skilled and results-driven individual to coordinate and help oversee our various digital mediums and assist our company in reaching specific marketing goals.Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with demonstrable٫ refined skills in creative and writing. A visual designer that can take a concept and turn it into graphic design and visual art. They should be detail oriented, able to work proficiently under pressure, and look to get the job done no matter what! Grow with a growing company!!Essential functions: · Graphic creation – use of adobe suite & canva· Email Marketing Campaign creation and maintenance· Idea and content creation for department (team effort)· Schedule & publish engaging content for marketing department· Be outgoing! Inspire team members in unique ways to keep content fresh· Develop a content calendar and subsequently delegate within said calendar in the department alongside Marketing Manager· Project management· Provide metric reports which include insights to optimize marketing efforts· Responsible for assisting Marketing Manager in designing and implementing company’s digital media plans and strategies – both long- and short-term plans/strategies· Collaboratively design and develop content alongside marketing team· Keep content team on board with a calendar, meeting deadlines and staying ahead of trends· Keep up to date on industry trends and competitors· Networking on platforms and growing audience – social media engagement· Being a “Point Person” in the Department and Working closely with Marketing Manager to set pace for the departmentGeneral Requirements and Qualifications: · Must be legal to work in the United States (A citizen or national of the United States, a lawful permanent resident, or an alien authorized to work)· Fluent in the English language, both written and spoken– professional· Excellent organizational, communication (written & verbal), and interpersonal skills· Highly self-motivated and ability to work independently· Be an excellent critical thinker with exceptional communication and analytical skills· Advanced Computer skills in MS office suite, especially Excel, Word; Adobe Software and Google Suite (Gmail, Google drive etc.)· Strong knowledge of best practices for social media and social media marketing· Ability to create and execute thoughts and ideas fully and completely· Collaborative, creative team player passionate about our Mission.· Leadership skills and a “go-getter” positive attitudeExperience with graphic design/digital creative & visual art and copy writing HIGHLY PREFERRED – We are looking for a candidate who has a sense of ownership and pride in their performance and its impact on company’s success and someone who can EXECUTE!Wages commeasured upon experience – starting annualized salary of $50-$60k, Health, Vision, Dental, 401K with a match, 3 weeks PTO year one, 5 Sick days, 10 Paid Holidays.Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee discountFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:10 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:Bonus payExperience:Graphic Design: 2 years (Preferred)Digital Media: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
