Job Description : Responsibilities:

Partner with the marketing team to refresh existing marketing literature.
Design new marketing and promotional materials. This includes, but is not limited to, success stories, application spotlights, brochures, flyers, tradeshow banners, visual website content, demo trailer design, and technical manuals.
Create product illustrations based on photographs, CAD drawings, and reference material for print and digital use.
Maintain company’s branding guidelines to include correct colors, patterns, and shapes to promote brand consistency.
Enhance installation photos to best represent REXA products and services.
Maintain the file library of product pictures, illustrations, and other digital content to be used in marketing materials and sales presentations, as well as company templates (i.e., PowerPoint, letterhead, email signatures, training certificates, name badges, and business cards).
Identify industry and application stock images for marketing content.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create videos related to REXA products, industries served, and target applications.
Adapt illustrator images into animations for website and video content.
Design creative material and presentation slides for the lobby tv.
Provide graphic design support to other departments as needed.


Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design or similar field preferred.
Experience with print output, designing banners, literature, and web design.
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
Proven ability to apply and perform graphic design skills including, ideation, color theory, use of texture, spacing, and scale are a plus.
Experience with customer relationship management programs (CRM, Syteline) is a plus but not required
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask when needed.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to facilitate meetings and presentations.
Ability to work cooperatively with staff to share ideas and develop effective responses.
Strong production skills and understanding the importance of brand consistency.
Must be detail oriented with design, production files, and communication.
Creative problem solver with ability to think through design challenges.
Ability to manage multiple and competing work priorities, demands, and changes.

This position requires the incumbent to be in the office 3 days each week – you choose which days you want to work remotely.
