|Job Description :||The Super PEG Agent reviews all artwork, repairs files, and provides support to customers and other departments via written and/or verbal communications to ensure the best possible outcome to every print order.Primary Duties & ResponsibilitiesReview a minimum number of art verifications.Review and repair a minimum number of art checks.Respond to a minimum number of emails in the art inbox.Document clearly and completely in IMS all actions performed.Provide the most helpful and enthusiastic support to customers and our customer service team.Communicate professionally with customers verbally and in writing.Understand file repair requests prior to performing repair.Undertake any special projects as directed by Customer Service Manager.Provide support for our off-site facilities.Provide phone support to the call center when needed.Log into phone system as soon as your shift starts and log off at breaks and at the end of the day.Professional telephone etiquette is required at all times.Follows established policies and procedures set in place by the company and management.Must be proactive with completing other duties as assigned.Knowledge/Skills/AbilitiesHigh School Diploma or equivalentExtensive knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Pitstop, Microsoft Word and Publisher.Must possess understanding of designer skills to interpret artwork for intent.Excellent customer service skills and the ability to multi-task.Ability to communicate effectively with management and other employees.Maintain a positive attitude.Must be able to working shifting/rotating schedules, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as necessary.TrainingSuper PEG Agent will be trained on DRI pre-press procedures, processes, and unique software applications.Training in customer service will include time spent in the call center under the supervision of the Customer Service Manager.Training in mailing services will include review of the Mailing Services Manual and time spent with mailing services customer service representative.Working conditionsThis position will be fulfilled working remotely from home based on company needs.Company IntroductionDigital Room is a high-growth eCommerce company serving Small and Medium Sized Businesses (SMBs) with high quality customized marketing and branding products and services.
