Job Description :	Position Title: Designer FLSA Designation: Exempt Position Summary/General Description: A creative designer who works within our National Design Network to ideate amazing graphic design solutions for all forms of face-to-face marketing including physical, virtual, and hybrid event-scapes. This position requires 5 years experience in print production. The ideal candidate will also leverage their design skills to create masterfully crafted presentation documents. Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Functions: Client facing presentation and communication skills Utilizes Adobe Cloud to illustrate and ideate Continually investigates social and style trends Aids marketing department to build presentation documents Graphic production and print layout Works closely as a collaborative designer to seek out the best possibly design solutions Skills and Qualifications: 10 + years of creative design experience Strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills Ability to work as part of a national team, meet deadlines and function in a fast paced, dynamic and demanding environment Requirements: Travel necessary
