Join our team as a Designer Stylist – Paint and Graphics. Job Summary Join our team as a Paint and Graphics Design Stylist and help support Paint and Graphics at the Product Development Center by designing Paint and Graphics on Harley-Davidson products. Job Responsibilities This is what you’ll do: Create multiple original paint scheme renderings digitally for motorcycles Work with production artist to translate 2D Paint and Graphic design work into 3D mockups Design 3 dimensional badging Work with the Industrial Designers to define and design all branding on new models. Provide art direction and support to cross functional teams that include Advanced Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, Supply base and suppliers Develop creative design solutions through interaction with cross-functional teams while adhering to critical milestones Create comprehensive digital presentations that clearly communicates design direction Education Requirements Bachelor’s Degree Required Education Specifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related required. Experience Requirements The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. In addition, they will have demonstrated the following: Strong knowledge of design principles and practices such as color theory and typography. Adept at Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Adept at creating Power Point presentations. Experience creating 3D mockups. Knowledge of automotive paint and materials.
