Job Description :	EMAIL MARKETING SPECIALIST:The E-Commerce Email Marketing Designert is responsible for the design, management and execution of email campaigns targeted to B2B and B2C. They will implement best practices and strategies to improve the click rate for each email campaign and determine percentages of recipients who chose to open the emails. They will be responsible for driving increased performance of the effectiveness of our email campaigns. This person will collaborate and report to the Creative Director who reviews and approves all content. This is not a remote position. In-office Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM.Qualified designers MUST submit a link to their portfolio or work samples.Responsibilities:· Responsible for designing, organization, and execution of email campaigns targeted to B2B and B2C;· Designs dynamic and eye-catching email campaigns that result in higher levels of engagement and increased click-through rates;· Collaborates with internal teams to advise, design, and deploy email campaign content that is compelling, accurate, and audience friendly;· Tracks and analyzes campaign results. Continuously tests and optimizes email content to increase open and click-through rates, and other key email marketing metrics;· Updates and monitors automated emails and flows;· Maintains awareness of key performance metrics and incorporates them as part of the email design objectives;· Responsible for project management and managing calendar/schedules for campaigns to incorporate new product launches and promotions. Communicates schedules to all participants;· Builds and develops templates when required;· Prepares monthly campaign performance reports;· Monitors and troubleshoots email deliverability and addresses technical issues with vendor tech support.· QC’s all content prior to deployment to ensure accuracy in content and links;Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: · 1-2 years’ experience in email marketing or graphic design related field required;· Must be prepared to provide a portfolio link to PDF samples of work;· Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, or related field;· Experience with and strong understanding of email drag-and-drop software, Klaviyo or MailChimp preferred;· Knowledge of current email design trends and graphic design with an ability to design solutions that bridge customer and business needs;· Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, meet all necessary deadlines often within tight deadlines.· Must possess the ability to work independently;· HTML & CSS knowledge preferred;· Previous experience within the cannabis industry a plus.· Strong knowledge of best practices for social media platforms.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceHealth savings accountPaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Email marketing: 1 year (Required)Work Location: One location
