Job Description :	Under the supervision of the Vice President of Web Creative, the Email & Web Graphic Designer Leads our email campaign design and production efforts; and works on a variety of marketing initiatives and occasional site design projects. The Email & Web Graphic Designer works with senior Internet Marketing and Direct Marketing staff to ensure deadlines for time-sensitive campaigns are met, and that brand consistency is maintained in all campaigns. Key Job Responsibilities: Create unique and innovative campaign and web designs for all Lamps Plus brands in collaboration with senior team members and marketing/executive stakeholders. Contribute to the development of email template concepts and campaign design improvements, as well as visual assets for SMS marketing, and other digital project creatives. Help mentor and manage junior design staff with respect to email campaign design and day-to-day assignments. Help set and maintain standards and processes to improve the efficiency and quality of the campaign design & production processes. Job Requirements: Bachelor of Arts degree or equivalent experience required. Must have 3+ years professional experience designing digital campaigns and new media projects, preferably for retail/e-commerce. Outstanding design skills and creativity, with a focus on clean and refined retail/e-commerce-oriented aesthetics. Excellent communication, project management and prioritization skills. Strong understanding of Web design, typography, color theory and current website/application standards. Knowledge of current HTML and CSS coding practices. (Experience with email-specific coding conventions and constraints is a plus.) Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator) Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) Must be comfortable working in a mixed MacOS and Windows environment. Continual sitting, occasional walking, ability to use a keyboard.
