Job Description :	Promotional Products Supplier in Brea, CA is looking for an Entry Level Graphic Artist who also enjoys assisting customers via chat/phone and processing ordersJob SummaryResponsible for the daily production and coordination of orders, and product mockups.Assist customers via email and phone calls with their product inquiriesGeneral AccountabilitiesCreates designs, concepts, and mockup layoutsHeavy customer service and support via email and phoneAdd, edit and update products, descriptions and keyword research for optimal performance in multiple marketplaces.Handle daily customer service emails and phone callsUPS, FedEx, USPS and other shipping related tasksDetermines size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and selects style and size of type.Develops graphics and layouts for product illustrations and company logosIntegrate copy and graphics effectively.Prepares specifications for work to be performed by production/printing team.Reviews production work and suggests improvements to customers to maximize layoutsSets production schedules and deadlines for orders.Job Qualifications1-2 years minimum experience in promotional products.Education: AA Degree in Graphic Design or related course or 1+ practical work experience in productionExperience in production and communicating directly with vendors and/or manufacturers.Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast past work environment with the attitude of “I’ll do what it takes” to get a job done on time.Basic skills in Adobe Creative Suite with a strong emphasis on Adobe Illustrator and Adobe PhotoshopStrong Punctuality and AttendanceSkillsExcellent verbal and written communicationActive listening and learningCritical thinkingJudgment and decision makingSpanish is a plusJob Type: Full-timePay: Up to $18.00 per hourBenefits:Health insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayEducation:Associate (Preferred)Experience:Graphic Design: 1 year (Preferred)Adobe Illustrator: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
