Job Summary: As an Environmental Graphic Designer at CR, you’ll utilize your creative skills to create physical graphic installations, signage and sign packages, wayfinding solutions, branding and more. Job Duties: Partner with architectural and interior design teams to create graphic programs and proposals from concept through production. Work with our trusted clients to pitch concepts/designs and obtain assets. Develop conceptual designs based on project requirements including scope, budget, schedule and scale. Create sign location plans and message schedules. Partner with others to maintain a positive and forward-thinking culture. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field. Proficient in drawing to scale and understanding architectural drawings. Proficient with the Adobe Suite – InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. Strong layout and typography skills including ability to develop large presentations and environmental graphic design packages. Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to develop collaborative relationships across the organization and with our clients. Exceptional communications skills. Physical & Mental Demands Ability to perform assigned duties with minimum supervision is required. Ability to remain sedentary for extended lengths of time and occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office equipment, etc. is required. Ability to constantly operate a computer and other office equipment and frequently communicate and exchange information with internal and external parties is required. Ability to drive/travel during the workday and/or overnight travel as needed is required. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.
