Title: Production Designer

A vital component of AFS, our design Studio consists of 160+ designers, data scientists, creative technologists and thinkers who drive innovation that simplifies government services, making lasting change that builds trust and moves client missions. We are proud that the Studio’s design capability is the federal extension of Accenture’s Fjord design and innovation practice, with reach back to our 30+ global studios.
You are:
A detail-oriented and tech-savvy designer with an understanding of digital product design, design systems, and Agile processes; experience communicating with developers to ensure design integrity and feasibility; and an ability to interpret and create product design documentation.
The work:
Execute design systems for a variety of projects under the guidance of a design lead. Produce screens and prototypes using established design systems, libraries, and templates, and create new components as appropriate.
Collaborate with an Agile team to size, iterate on, review, and deliver work.
Connect with developers to ensure shared understanding of design feasibility and accurate technical implementation.
Consult existing documentation to ensure design consistency. Modify documentation as required.
Apply best practices in digital and product design to generate engaging and accessible digital experiences.
Here’s what you need: (Qualifications)
At least 6 months of experience using standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite and UI software such as Sketch, XD, or Figma; plus familiarity with the MS Office suite, including Powerpoint
One more thing, this role requires US Citizenship and the ability to pass a public trust clearance.
Bonus points:
Understanding of various technology platforms that support user experiences.
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $71,700 – $123,399 and information on benefits offered is here.
