Job Description :	XDynamics is seeking a Freelance Graphic Designer specializing in visual branding to improve the visual expression of the XDynamics brand. The goal is to visually communicate with our target audience our company’s values and message while reflect our positioning. We want to create a visual brand that stands out.The Graphic Designer will have to work with a number of existing elements and within certain constraints to provide brand guidelines and marketing assets that represent an improvement for the brand while also fitting with our existing identity.The very nature of our industry and the products we design, engineer and manufacture make that we sit at the crossroad between creativity and hi-tech. We build highly technological products that are tools for creative professionals. We strive at establishing a visual tone that combines artistic creativity with hi-tech engineering.Our key targets for this position are:Re-affirm a strong brand personality and visual identity that is clearly recognizable, but also differentiates us from our competitors.Help our audience learn who we are through visual cues (how we fit into the market, uniqueness, what they can expect from our product).Unite all aspects of our brand (especially our digital branding), including email marketing, social media posts, brochures and other shared visual elements.Provides consistency across all of our on and off-line marketing initiatives and assets.Duties and Responsibilities: Working with the marketing department to establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines.Editing and revising current brand collateral and templates.Creating branding images and graphics to support marketing materials, digital marketing, social media marketing and our external-facing website. Such assets include website banners, landing page graphical elements, digital advertising banners and templates, social media graphic templates, and email marketing templates.Collaborating with our video production team to create motion graphics and animations.Ensuring projects are completed with high quality and on-schedule.Skills Required: Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web.Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred.Knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software.High-level of experience in creating animation and motion graphics.Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects (experience in photography, videography or tech industry a plus).Excellent eye for details.Proficient emotional intelligence to understand audience needs and wants.Strong analytical skills.Please, make sure to enclose your portfolio to your application.This is a freelance position.Who we are: Established in 2015 and headquartered in Hong Kong, XDynamics is committed to helping filmmakers elevate their craft with premium quality aerial equipment with the most advanced technology.
