Job Description : The Motley Fool is looking for a Freelance Infographics Designer to join our team on a part-time, independent contract basis around 10-20 hours per week (time will vary depending on workload). This opportunity is 100% remote, but the contractor must reside in the US.

What does this team do?
You’ll be working in coordination with a team responsible for creating informative, evergreen, search-optimized content for our members and larger audience alike. Content is never quite the same without visually appealing infographics – and that’s where you come in.
What would you do in this role?
Create visually appealing and search-engine optimized infographics for our evergreen articles.
Ensure infographics are clear and easy to understand, and that they align with our Foolish branding.
You’ll be provided with the data and information for these infographics. Your job will be to present it in a beautiful way!
What do you need to apply?
A strong understanding of design and a portfolio with samples of infographics (please include link on your resume or in your application).
Knowledge of how to create a search-optimized graphic
A comfort with technology and compiling work in an online environment
Attention to detail
Collaborative attitude
2-3 years of experience in design
Interest in investing and personal finance is a plus
Knowledge of Infogram is a plus
$30-$40/hr depending on experience
