The Graphic and Multimedia Designer is a key member of the Marketing team and actively collaborates and engages with Marketing team members and internal and external stakeholders in the creation of print and digital-ready marketing materials including direct mail, email, flyers, brochures, brand identity, digital assets, and more. The Graphic and Multimedia Designer focuses on the brand’s visual experience and creating graphic materials for print and electronic media. The Graphic and Multimedia Designer must have a proven understanding of graphic and visual design as well as the ability to thrive within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This position is a working designer role and should be capable of executing projects with minimal direction.
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Interaction Design, Visual Design, or related field strongly preferred.
Three (3) plus years of experience of digital, web, UI, or similar design experience.
The role requires expertise in designing marketing assets fitting within brand guidelines along with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, Premiere, etc.) and other graphic software as needed.
A portfolio of real-world design projects demonstrating a thorough thought process and a good eye for design.

The ideal candidate is a proactive individual, with excellent critical thinking skills who is able to process, react to, and solve problems as they arise on tight deadlines in a team environment.
The candidate should also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
He/she must express him/herself well and have multidisciplinary design experience including digital and traditional media.
Ability to participate in design and feedback sessions and generate design recommendations.
Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining a positive outlook and a professional demeanor.
Strong understanding of responsive UI design principles to delivery products across multiple platforms, including desktop, web, and mobile.
A high degree of creativity, interaction design, and problem-solving skills.
Employee must be able to travel occasionally for conferences, seminars, and other off-site functions and must adhere to Company policies and procedures.
Leverage your product, interaction, and visual design skills to create engaging experiences.
Partner with the marketing director and colleagues to create original, high-quality concepts, designs, and layouts for print and web.
Create and modify images, graphics, and illustrations; develop and implement graphic identities and marks.
Work with marketing director to coordinate graphic identities and branding across programs, media, and platforms.
Provide creative direction for collateral, newsletters, brochures, digital ads, and exhibits.
Build, prepare, and release files for print production; manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.
Reviews designs of others and ensures consistency with Momentum brand standards.
Maintain design standards and documentation of practices/processes/procedures.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift 15 – 25 pounds at times when assistance is needed at trade shows
10-15%+ travel to other Momentum Telecom offices, trade shows, and meetings. Must be willing to travel on a routine basis via various modes of transportation (car, airplane, etc.). Employee must be available to work overtime as required.
