We operate a leading global content marketplace for 3D artists and offer free 3D software to help grow the next great artists of the world. Whether it’s working directly with NFTs, consumers, entertainment studios, or leading digital platforms, we push ourselves to find, develop and refine the experiences and tools changing how people identify with and explore the digital world.In this position, you will be designing emails and landing pages with Photoshop and doing CSS/HTML markup on a huge variety of assets. You’ll be part of a close-knit team of other designers producing content for the website, email marketing, affiliate networks, NFT’s, and social media. You will be encouraged to grow yourself and your skills. You will learn and hone your skills through A/B testing and constant improvement and iteration. You will be exposed to and learn about high volume, high-paced eCommerce and how it works.Required Qualifications· 2+ years Photoshop experience· 2+ years CSS/HTML experience· Familiar with CMS services and FTP clients· Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, XD)· Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines· Logo concepts and design skills· Website Layout experience· Facebook, Google Ad design skills· HTML Table creation· CSS HTML 5 coding skillsetPreferred Qualifications: · XD· Figma· After Effects· Good communication skills and multitasking. We use online chats frequently and need to always stay in open communication.· UI/UX Design experience· 3+ years Photoshop experience· 3+ years HTML experience· Video editing/digital animationOther Responsibilities: Be able to contribute creative ideas to daily promotional pages, larger campaigns, and projects, work closely with the marketing team, and aid in furthering the Daz brand. Evaluate design processes and make suggestions for improvement.
