Job Description :	PRODUCTION GRAPHIC ARTISTThe primary responsibility of the Production Graphic Artist is to adjust and convert customer submitted artwork in a compatible format while ensuring that all changes are made as requested, files are prepared to meet our production standards. We perform decoration of souvenir and apparel using screen print, pad print & UV jet print technology.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Review order specifications and manipulate customer artwork prior to releasing files to print and ensure adherence to the standards of both the company and customers.Maintain a high level of accuracy on all orders so orders flow efficiently and effectively. Position Requirements:2 year degree in Commercial Graphic Arts, 4 year Bachelor degree preferred. Equivalent work experience would be considered.Production art and printing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.A strong working knowledge of graphic design programs, Adobe Illustrator, PhotoShop and Adobe InDesign in a Macintosh OS environment and familiar with other basic computer skills.Good math, spelling and grammar skills.A strong work ethic, time management, troubleshooting skills, positive attitude, and detail oriented initiative to get things done.Adaptability and willingness to train and help out in other areas as necessary.Ability to follow directions and procedures.Self-motivation with a positive attitude, highly adaptable to various situations, good at solving problems and have a strong ability to multi-task and prioritize with an innate sense of urgency.Ability to accept constructive criticism and stay calm under pressure while functioning in a team environment.Work RemotelyNoJob Type: Full-timePay: $14.00 – $17.00 per hourBenefits:Health insurancePaid time offRetirement planSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayOvertimeEducation:Associate (Preferred)Experience:Graphic Design: 1 year (Preferred)Adobe Illustrator: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
