Job Description :	Graphic Artist – Screen Printing OperationGreater Pittsburgh Specialty Advertising (GPSA) is a busy, growing apparel decorator and specialty advertising company with in-house screen printing and embroidery operations located in Millvale, just a few minutes north of downtown Pittsburgh. For over 25 years we’ve delivered high quality sports apparel, spirit wear, promotional products and outstanding customer service to successful schools, organizations and businesses all across Western Pennsylvania.We’re looking for an experienced production artist with an understanding of screen printing processes to join our team. We anticipate a starting pay rate of $16 to $18 per hour but can be flexible depending on experience.This is an on-site position with a steady 8:30-5:00 daylight schedule.Responsibilities:Efficient, accurate recreation, cleanup or design of vector art for screen printing, embroidery and/or other decorating processes.Creation and/or manipulation of design templates.Communication with internal and external customers to ensure proper creation and use of branding/logos/artwork.Understanding and creating color separations as needed.Other projects and assignments as needed.Requirements:Proficient use of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a must.Must be knowledgeable in the field of Screen Printing (art separations for printing, etc.).Basic reading and math skills.Strong (verbal and written) communication and team skills.Good time management skills and multitasking capabilities.Must have reliable transportation.GPSA offers a competitive employee benefits package which includes:Health, dental, and vision insurance.401(K) retirement savings plan with company match.Paid vacation and holiday time.And more!Getting to GPSA is easy.
