Job Description :	J. Sayles Design Co. is looking for a PART-TIME entry-level graphic design assistant to work on a wide range of design projects from branding, packaging, print layouts, and web design. This role will have you dipping your toe into many aspects of the design field and offers a great experience with bold mentorship.This role requires 15-25 hours/week and a flexible schedule is a plus. This is a great role to support a freelance gig on the side! The work environment is relaxed, yet fast-paced. Other assorted duties with be assigned as needed.Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Art, Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent training and/or experience.Advanced layout and typography skillsSophisticated sense of design, photography, and typographyProblem-solving, interactive approach to designExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong organizational and time-management skillsStrong attention to detailHighly motivated and a self-starterAbility to multi-taskDesire to work very collaborativelyTech-savvyExtensive experience with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and PhotoshopWorking knowledge of WordPress AND WIXExperience with Facebook and Instagram is a plus, but not requiredJob Types: Part-time, ContractPay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hourSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:Associate (Preferred)Experience:Graphic Design: 1 year (Preferred)Adobe Illustrator: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
