Pack Health is seeking a Graphic Design Associate to support the success of Pack Health in any and all tasks deemed critical and consistent with expectations set out by leadership and your director. The purpose of this position is to create public- and client-facing illustrations, infographics, wireframes, presentations, documents and more to support the successful delivery of commissioned projects. Pack Studios is the hub for patient education programs and content production at Pack Health. Working alongside our program strategy and innovation staff, which exists under the Studios umbrella and informs our work, Pack Studios is a full-service creative team with broad capabilities to bring the company’s expertise, talent, and initiative to life. Our team has wide professional experience and includes experts in motion design, live video and audio production, graphic arts, photography, copywriting, copy editing, and content management. The content we produce is patient centered and evidence based; examples include pieces on nutrition, condition education, symptom management, and holistic wellness. Job responsibilities: Provide creative design services for projects related to patient-facing health coaching curriculum, Pack Health brands, and client-facing deliverables Conceptualize, design, and implement graphics Develop and design layouts, inclusive of copy, images, and metrics Coordinate cross-departmentally to confirm creative direction and brand consistency Manage utilization and archive of all project artwork Edit HTML templates Position qualifications: One to two years of professional experience as a graphic artist is required A bachelor’s degree in graphic design or art, or an associate’s degree in graphic design or art, plus three to five years of relevant working experience, is required Strong creative, visualization, multitasking, project and production management, and time-management skills are required Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is required Experience creating vector-based assets and illustration is required Familiarity with Web-based prototyping and wireframing tools, such as Figma, is required Familiarity with HTML and editing tools, such as Visual Studio Code, is preferred Motion design experience, including Adobe After Effects proficiency, is a plus Strong organizational and communication skills are required G Suite, Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office proficiency is required Experience working on agile teams in sprints is preferred Copywriting and copy editing experience is a plus Immigration or work visa sponsorship will not be provided At Pack Health, we offer all of the benefits and perks you would expect from a digital health coaching company.
