| Job Description : | Develops materials with direction from Foundation Executive Director/Chief Development Officer. Organizes, maintains and updates the preparation of marketing resource materials such as brochures, data, photographs and social media. Responsible for creating marketing materials, paper and web-based, and ensures company messages are consistent. Create, deliver, edit, and optimize marketing materials. Ensure messages are supportive of and consistent with marketing strategies. Deliver approved content via LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, email, or direct mail. Manage Agency Website. Mass-mail materials. Develop newsletter, brochures, invitations, postcards, one-sheets and display materials. Coordinate flow of information and communication and disseminate according to plan/strategy. Promote services through public relations initiatives. Propose fresh story ideas. Create, edit and deliver mailing lists from donor database. Maintain current knowledge in the field of graphic design as needed. Represents ARCA Foundation and maintains productive relationships with the general public, professional organizations and funding sources. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited university is preferred. A minimum of two years relevant experience is preferred. Must have demonstrated experience and skills in graphic design. Experience working in a non-profit organization is preferred. Experience working with computers including word processing, graphics and data base applications is required. Salary: $19.50 – $23.50/hour DOE + excellent benefits |
