Job Description :	Graphic Design Lead Job Category: Full-Time / HourlyReports to: Director of Sales and MarketingThe Graphic Design Lead supports all areas of the marketing function, including communications, advertising, social media, television broadcast, and corporate communications. This person will work with the Director of Sales & Marketing assisting Emerald Downs in the planning, coordination, and production of marketing activities for all areas of the organization.Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Use advanced design skills with the Adobe Creative Suite to produce promotional sales tools and corporate marketing materials including but not limited to:Web (www.emeralddowns.com)Social MediaBroadcast TelevisionEmail Blasts / NewslettersIn-House SignageClothing / Gift Shop MemorabiliaBrochuresPostersMedia GuidesQualifications: Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.Advanced MS Office skills required, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.Proven abilities in effective concept creation working within a team environment.Knowledge and understanding of color proofing and pre-press required.Ability to communicate with internal and external clients.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to work flexible schedules to meet deadlines.Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience preferred.2+ years’ experience in Graphic Design.Excellent analytical skills and outstanding attention to detail required.Work Environment, Communication & Physical Abilities: Position requires working nights and weekends.
