The Graphic Design Manager is part of the growing Pandora North America Marketing team. They are responsible for creative management and oversight of 360 campaigns and promotions as well as internal requests and cluster programs.
Essential Functions:
Support our growing network of stores and manage creative execution and development (when needed) across digital, print, TV, OOH, radio, in-store, COOP
Manage growing creative needs for Owned and Operated initiatives, Disney Parks and Macy’s.
Guide, coach, and mentor junior designers
Forward thinking—continuously drive new ideas and ways of working that increase productivity, creativity and most importantly improve execution
Delegate assignments and tasks to team and agency resources
Art direct the team and agency resources
Present creative plans to senior marketing and cross functional leaders for alignment and feedback
Manage timeline and approve creative deliverables across all channels for both consumer-facing materials as well as internal
Manage Sales support and Print materials, ensuring timeline is mapped, temp resources are hired, and projects have been priced with vendors
Manage vendor relationships and attend QBR meetings, tracking relevant KPS
Partner closely with Go to Market, VM, PR & Merch and build relationships cross functionally (Sales, Training & HR).
Lead large scale projects from concept to completion
Uphold and champion our global brand standards across all deliverables both internal and consumer facing
Attend key leadership planning and alignment meetings
Manage team meetings
Something About You:
Experience:
8+ years graphic design experience working either in-house or at an agency
Tech-savvy with experience working within online platforms
Experience working with external vendors for print production & project quotes
Experience providing art direction and creative feedback to peers and/or agency partners
Experience managing and create timelines
Expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite including: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat
