Graphic Design Specialist

The Graphic Design Specialist is a unique role that supports the daily creative functions of the Marketing Team at FNA Group. This individual plays a vital role in capturing the voice, tone, and style of each FNA brand and its affiliates. Not to mention, you will enjoy seeing your work featured in retail stores, on social media, and throughout omni-channel websites.
Primary Purpose:
The Graphic Design Specialist works directly with the Director of Global Marketing and other units of FNA Group’s Global Marketing Services (GMS) department to provide high quality graphics and design work both internally and externally. This candidate must possess strong skills to design within company and licensee brand guidelines and brand styling in all materials.
Job Description:
Works within the creative team for strategic implementation of artwork and designs to increase brand awareness, conversations and overall revenue.
Design, create and manage to completion all corporate collateral including catalogs, PowerPoints, product marketing collateral, product web assets, photography, infographics, web page graphics, web banners, social media graphics, paid advertising design and special campaign creative design.
Works cross-functionally within the GMS team units as well as Sales, Product and Engineering teams to execute the day-to-day delivery of the above mentioned marketing collateral.
Works cross-functionally with external partners and retailers to deliver creative assets for branded websites, online product listings and printed advertising.
Ensure that all creative marketing collateral undergoes strict brand and content review to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
Submit regular reports on creative media and project statuses to Director of Marketing as well as Executive leadership when necessary.

Qualifications:
At least 2-3 years of general experience in a Creative, Advertising or Graphic Design / Visual Communications role.
Proficient skills required in Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, as well as other Adobe products.
Proficient skills required in Microsoft Office applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Acrobat.
Ability to work within a creative development process.
Communicates clearly and effectively.
Ability to work within a team as well as independently.
Passion for marketing.
Education/Certification:
Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred:
College degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or Digital Communications (or equivalent work experience as listed above). |
