Job Description :	Job Title: Graphic Designer and Creative Production Specialist Department: Marketing Reports to: Director of Marketing The Graphic Designer and Creative Production Specialist is responsible for development and fulfillment of creative and branded marketing deliverables for our operational key stakeholders and internal marketing projects, to include but not limited to, property signage, banners, F&B outlet menu development and changes, social and digital assets, collateral. Primary Responsibilities: Receives project requests via Creative Brief process from operations, and or, marketing-driven projects, establish scope of project, prioritization, timing and add to Marketing Monday board for tracking. Develops creative/graphic design assets and works with submitting party on iterations and refinements and drive to final production ready files. Drives production process utilizing in-house printing capabilities, and or, works with established vendors for fulfillment. Provides recurring updates to stakeholders on project list, status, expected completion date. Utilizes Monday board for project management Next Level Duties: Owns resort creative experiences across all Marketing channels Leads and manages creative deliverables for operations, social media and some digital Leads brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas Manages workflow with marketing leadership to verify all in-house marketing materials are on-strategy and within budget. Leverage talent, best-in-class practices, and vehicles to improve creative quality, effectiveness, and product integrity Manage and ensure all timelines are met Must Have Personal Qualifications: 5+ years graphic design experience Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design or related field preferred but not required Compelling portfolio that demonstrates innovative design and/or interactive experience Working knowledge within the Adobe Creative Suite; Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign Knowledge of layout, color theory & typography Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Photography & Videography is a plus Self-starter, maximizes time well Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Works well in a collaborative, ‘one team’ environment and has personal accountability/impact Strong communications skills (written and verbal) More About Camelback: Voted #1 Indoor Waterpark in the USA and #1 Ski Resort in Pennsylvania!
