Associates Degree or higher required (Or comparable experience) with an emphasis in Graphic Design, Marketing, with any video and social media background as a bonus. This position would be 8:30 AM – 5 PM Monday through Friday in our office in the Washington Park area. This is an incredible role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to build relationships, get creative, and likes to be challenged.Property Marketing Concierge position developing listing brochures, populating single property websites, flyers, HTML / electronic flyers, social media graphics, and videos for property marketing and luxury listingsWork with a variety of agents and vendors by preparing, correcting, modifying artwork, and distributing print-ready files for production and presentationsAct as a creative advisor for agents, utilizing our corporate identity and design standards, while employing creative best practices and recommending the best design strategy that will meet the client’s needsProvide quality assurance of all creative deliverables with extremely high attention to detailCommunicate professionally and effectively in spoken and written formsDesign and distribute digital email flyers for our marketing automation platforms monthlyMaintain brand and voice across all marketing materials, platforms, and collateralParticipate in internal team meetings, research, and planningResearch various topics as related to marketing and branding effortsCopywriting and content curationAssist the Marketing Directors with custom marketing projects and other administrative needsBackground in Real Estate or related field would be ideal, but not requiredSkills Required: Extreme attention to detail and high design standardsWell experienced in polishing and retouching, mock-ups in PhotoshopAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced time-sensitive environmentAble to work in a team across multiple projects and timelinesProficiency in Adobe Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat DC a MUSTMust have a sense of clean modern design, white space/margins, and typographyProficient in various Microsoft Office and presentation softwareKnowledge of WordPress a plusKnowledge of Canva a plusAny experience with video and video editing is a plusBe a self-starter with a diligent work ethic and demonstrated flexibilityHave excellent computer skills in relevant art and design software packages (e.g., Creative Suite (CS), Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)Positive and upbeat attitude, team player, and must have a love for GREAT design!This is a full-time position.
