This role is tasked with managing specific digital marketing components including graphic design, email marketing and social media along with leading social content creation in partnership with our creative director, styling and merchandising team.The ideal candidate will have proven experience demonstrating results and expertise in digital marketing, graphic design and social content creation. This role will work under supervision of the Chief Brand Officer & Creative Director for Hypeach.This role can be part-time or full-time compensated hourly. Must be based in Orange County, CA for ease of access to studio and on-site video shoots.RESPONSIBILIITIES Graphic Design & Content CreationCreate digital graphic design elements for the Hypeach website, emails, SMS, and social media channelsLead and manage on-going weekly / monthly content strategies and cross-channel content posting in partnership with the Creative DirectorCollaborate with Hypeach Creative Director & Lead Stylist to plan & execute content creationCreate on-going content for Instagram (stories, reels, grid) & TikTokPartner with brand videographers to create YouTube contentCollaborate with internal departments on projects and assignmentsCraft content that is consistent with Hypeach brand positioning, mission, and valuesManage media by importing and backing up all media filesExport, compress, and upload raw and edited video files to designated company servers and folders for company useDigital Marketing Content ManagementCollaborate with the digital marketing and e-commerce associate manager to plan and execute Klaviyo email marketing and Attentive SMS campaigns, flows and testingManage Instagram & TikTok business accounts including content creation, posting frequency & community engagement & managementResearch industry and competitor trends and suggest new strategy and content ideasDevelop and deploy growth & engagement strategiesReport on weekly / monthly social performance / engagementAttend weekly team content planning meetings to help manage forward-looking multi-channel content development strategy, planning and executionEXPERIENCE1-3 years of graphic design and content creation experience, preferably in women’s fashion retailExperience producing creative video content for social media – primarily Instagram & TikTokDemonstrated proficiency using video editing apps & softwareAbility to work in a creative, fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and organizational skills with innate attention to detailPossesses a strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative and be proactiveComfortable working with different personalities, new people and subject matter expertsAbility to work independently on projects and collaborate as a strong team memberWilling to travel locally in Southern CaliforniaJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceEmployee assistance programEmployee discountFlexible spending accountHealth insurancePaid time offParental leaveProfessional development assistanceVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Graphic design: 1 year (Required)Adobe Creative Suite: 1 year (Preferred)Adobe Illustrator: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
