Job Description :	Fast growing e-commerce company seeking a full-time graphic designer. Must be a detail-oriented team player who can utilize their design skills for our custom program. Successful candidates will have experience with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, working with multiple departments, dealing with ad-hoc requests, and an excellent attitude to match our culture.The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating innovative designs for Branded Bills. This position turns ideas and concepts into designs that will further optimize the customer experience with their original logo.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESUphold Branded Bill’s mission, vision, and valuesBe able to utilize the tools and function of adobe illustrator to create quality vector designsSelf-motivated, but willing to ask questions and seek help when needed.Create designs and concepts based on knowledge of aesthetic design conceptThink creatively and develop new design concepts, layouts, and graphics including social media, website, newsletter, and printed signageParticipate in product design, design collateral pertaining to license agreements, and brand materialsDemonstrate effective communication between Marketing and Production team to see projects through from conception to completionExecute all design concepts and deliverables according to established timelines with minimal supervisionReview final designs and gain full approvalWork with a wide range of media and graphic design softwareMaintain archive of previous work projectsUnderstand industry trends and proactively contribute new and fresh ideas that will improve the overall customer experienceMust have dependable transportationPerform other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE4-5 years minimum working in illustrator with portfolio to demonstrate skillOr2-4 years of graphic design college with portfolioOpportunities to advance with the right attitude and aptitude.
