We are in a growth mode and looking for professional career-minded individuals.RESPONSIBILITIESAs a Graphic Designer, you will create designs for our customers marketing needs, ranging from monument or store front signs and banners to business cards. This involves various levels of creativity, including original design work, design modifications based on a customer drawing, the refinement of graphic files provided by the customer, precise reproduction of a customer-provided design, and unchanged output of a customer-provided graphic file.As a Customer Service Rep, you will work directly with customers consultatively and make recommendations to prospects and clients using various FASTSIGNS marketing and product solutionsFollows up on new leads and referrals resulting from telephone, marketing, and email activityDemonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with customersPrepares estimates and establishes/maintains estimate follow-up proceduresCommunicates with customers on order status and changes in the production scheduleEstablishes and maintains effective team relationships with all support departmentsFollows all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codesQUALIFICATIONS & KNOWLEDGEHigh level of skill in graphic design software, well honed skills in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop a must.At least three years in graphic design, advertising, marketing, or inside sales with excellent customer service experienceDegree in communications, marketing, fine arts, graphic design preferredIn depth knowledge of the design process (i.e., layout, correct use of color & type styles); following brand standards; correct English language usage including spelling, grammar and punctuation; ability to proofread; basic math. Marketing and advertising.
