We provide our customers with a wide range of services including printed materials, embroidery and screen printing, signage, and promotional products. We are currently seeking a Graphic Designer/ Customer Service Representative as a full time addition to our team.As a Graphic Designer/ CSR at our company, you will be doing design and layout work for our customers as well as serving as the first point of contact with our clientele.ResponsibilitiesDesign and prepare materials for printCommunicate with customers to determine the design needed for the projectMaintain contact with customers throughout the order processAnswer phone and email correspondence and prepare incoming ordersWork with other team members in a professional mannerPerform other duties as neededQualificationsAssociates in Graphic Design (Preferred)Experience working with the Adobe Creative SuiteStrong communication skills both written and verbalExperience working in a fast pace environmentReliability and attention to detailJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $14.00 – $18.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Graphic design: 1 year (Preferred)Adobe Creative Suite: 1 year (Preferred)Adobe Illustrator: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
