The Digital Marketing Team oversees the strategy and development of social and multi-platform digital content that engages global audiences. Whether it’s a motion graphic social piece, still asset, influencer activation, digital media placements, or a simple text-only tweet, we find creative and dynamic ways to elevate and celebrate our core brands and more through meaningful and engaging content in the digital space

The Graphic Designer position is responsible for developing and conceptualizing marketing creative for our social brands and franchises. This can include the creation of various marketing materials, ad suites, banners, video thumbnails, GIFs, presentations, branding development, and other bite-sized shareables for our social platforms. This role will use existing style guides and templates as well as develop, build and manage new design templates and more.

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who demonstrates competent skills of typography and design, can adhere to strict existing style guides, and an expert in collaborating with different teams and developing digital assets within a fast-paced environment that often requires quick turnarounds. Motion and video editing skills are great bonus. The right candidate should be self-motivated, can work independently and under pressure, highly organized, open to feedback, have great attention to details and have exceptional communication skills. Designing social media and digital marketing assets, including but not limited to branding development, internal presentations, etc.

Basic Qualifications:
B.A. in design, marketing, creative, or relevant degree a plus but not required
Experience working in a highly-matrixed organization that is fast-paced, a plus
Passion for entertainment and a consumer of digital content a plus
On-the-job experience (freelance or large company) a must
Adobe Suite, Indesign
Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects, Premiere and keynote a must
Knowledge of all social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok) and asset specs/requirement a must

Entertainment or Streaming Exp
