Job Description :	Position Summary: The Graphic Designer is responsible for providing in-house design and photography for web and print projects across Contixo Brand and owned properties.What you will do in this role: Design creative assets for online initiatives and campaign.Develop concepts, create designs, and execute cohesive branded experiences across printed materials and digital assets including websites, social media, digital marketing campaigns, email communication, product inserts and package design.Develop and maintain branded style guides, graphic templates and brand assets for each brand that can be used across E-commerce platforms.Create gifs, stop motion and video assets to be used across digital platforms.Take product photography in lifestyle setting or plain background to be used across digital assets including social media, website and email.Work across multiple product categories and play an essential role in helping to determine and execute the creative look and feel of our brands.Create and maintain an asset management system that the marketing team can easily utilize and scale.Communicate design ideas using wireframes/mockups and sitemaps that show user experience.Gather and maintain digital asset dimension requirements; keep files organized and follow an organization system.Be involved in annual and monthly marketing planning meetings to brainstorm and sketch design ideas and needs.Work with 3rd party resources like influencers, photographers, website agencies to communicate and ensure delivery of on brand assets.Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years professional graphic design and photography experience; E-commerce experience with a physical product preferredProven ability to take a project from concept to launch with a strong understanding of the process throughoutMeet time-sensitive project deadlines through effective time management and ability to prioritize thereinConsistent project follow-through and flexibilityExtensive working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop along with Video editing skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to communicate design ideas to non-designersAbility to design for different brands with different characteristicsOther Qualifications: Ability to write front-end code (HTML, CSS, Javascript, etc.) is preferredUnderstanding of HTML, CSS, Javascript, browsers, and devices is a plusExperience with editing/customizing Wix websitesKnowledge of UX trends and Conversion rate optimization tacticsKnowledge in 3D CADPortfolio submission required for all applicants: Your portfolio must reflect your strong design aesthetic, communication skills, and conceptual abilities across a variety of media.
