Good Shepherd Hospice has an immediate opportunity for an Entry Level Graphic Designer to work across multiple departments, including marketing, clinical, compliance, and internal operational support in coordination with the Director of Graphic Design. Responsibilities Working with the Director of Graphic Design to develop high-quality graphic products for print and web including handbooks, brochures, fliers, signage, promotional items, presentations, and rotating info for web and social media. Working closely with team members to deliver successful concepts for projects and then executing them in a quality, timely and cost-effective manner. Keeping collateral material up-to-date. Ensuring brand standards are maintained by reinforcing the value of the brand and maintaining the brand voice across all materials. Ensuring all materials are cleared for compliance before distribution. Taking and providing creative direction, working collaboratively and integrating feedback into design pieces. Managing work flow for a variety of design projects. Updating social media programs and coordinating resources. Assisting in the coordination and ongoing upkeep of internal company intranet. Assisting with other projects as needed. Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop required). Experienced in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel required). Familiarity with web design tools such as WordPress. Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to identify design solutions from a variety of data and information sources. Ability to take constructive feedback and integrate it in design pieces. Strong communications skills, with an ability to express ideas clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Teamwork skills; capable of constructively teaching and learning from teammates. Always has a positive attitude and is a people person. Ability to work well, both independently and in a team environment.
