Job Description :	GRAPHIC DESIGNER / SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER (DOE)The Graphic Designer is a talented, full-time graphic designer who works directly with the creative and production teams on marketing and event-based projects. They are well-versed in the creative process with a fierce passion for good design. The employee should be able to take projects from concept to final production with their assigned production teams. Paired with an Art Director who specializes in 3D, the employee is assigned to an account team and is responsible for all 1 and 2D artwork. This individual should have great communication skills and be able to present concepts and designs at internal meetings and, on occasion, with clients. Types of projects include branding, logo creation, menu design, environmental signage, web design, invitations, apparel, marketing collateral, technical and to-scale floor plans, mood boarding, and digital presentations.Requirements:BA/BFA in Graphic Design3-7+ years of marketing / advertising / design experienceSelf starter. Ability to work independently as well as in groupsMastery of Adobe Creative Suite and KeynoteStrong understanding of Microsoft OfficeFluency in the fundamentals of design and detail-orientedStrong eye for layout design and typographyExcellent organizational and communication skillsStrong project/time management and multitasking abilitiesPositive and enthusiastic attitudeStrong conceptual skills and good knowledge of current design trendsKnowledge of paper finishes, print materials, and all print methodsAbility to prioritize and manage work, adhering to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environmentA strong portfolio showing past design workExtra Credit:Experience in Experiential Marketing and Event DesignKnowledge of 3D CAD programs (SketchUp preferred)Video editing/motion graphics/interactive design ability a plusFamiliarity with CSS, HTML, and web typographyIf you feel you are qualified for this position, please reply directly to this with a link to your portfolio (if applicable) and attach your resume.
