Job Description
Our fast-paced Creative Art Department is seeking a full-time, temporary Graphic Designer as we create innovative designs and illustrations for our products and product packaging. We are looking for a motivated self-starter who possesses a high degree of personal accountability, a clear sense of ownership, and the ability to adapt to change quickly in a deadline-driven environment. Collaboration is a hallmark of product development at Lakeshore, so strong communication skills and the ability to convey design ideas are keys to success. Due to Covid restrictions, these positions will be remote; however, candidates should be commutable to our Carson headquarters if we are safely able to return to our offices.

Qualifications
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Bringing design concepts to life by applying compelling, age-appropriate and creative graphic design principles
Building technically sound files quickly and according to established guidelines
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and InDesign (mandatory software skills testing applies)
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (including Photoshop)
3+ years professional experience working in the design industry
Solid understanding of printing and production processes
Experience utilizing network servers and server volumes
Excellent project management and communication skills with the confidence to ask questions
