| Job Description : | Senior Graphic Designer ESSENCE OF THE ROLE:The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for leveraging ABCD resources to envision and create amazing design concepts for TeamABCD and our clients. The Senior Graphic Designer serves as a team leader, cultivating junior designers and working with the Manager of Client Experience and the Chief Creative Officer to cultivate a strong client experience.RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:Creating innovative and high-quality artworkBuilding out innovative digital and print concepts to better position ABCD & Company as a creative thought leader in the marketCoordinating resources with the Chief Creative Officer, Creative and Digital Manager, and Graphic Design and Production Lead to deliver timely, innovative, and quality deliverables to clientsServicing clients by curating ideas, implementing strategy, and advocating for industry best practices that enhances their work with vital stakeholdersDeveloping design briefs that suit the client’s purposePresenting finalized ideas and concepts to clients or account managersWorking as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialistsKEY ATTRIBUTES:Creative flair, originality, and a strong visual senseWillingness to learn and take on new challengesAbility to design concepts that fit the client’s needsCapable of final designs, working to a deadline and budgetAn ability to grasp client needs and consider practical solutionsAn ability to pay attention to detail and communicate challengesAn ability to balance work on several projects at a timeTECHNICAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Mastery utilizing the Abode Creative software suite (i.e. Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design, etc.)Experience in illustration, animation, 3D modeling, motion graphics, video editing, and photography preferredExperience with prototyping platforms (i.e., Adobe Experience Design (XD), InVision, Sketch)Ability to conduct market researchMastery in graphics, color, typography, current trends, and new developments in design software and techniqueMust demonstrate a portfolio of workRequires a Bachelor’s degreeWork RemotelyNoJob Type: Full-timePay: $26.00 – $36.00 per hourBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offProfessional development assistanceVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:Graphic design: 5 years (Required)Work Location: One location |
