Graphic Designer
AcrePro, a modern land brokerage expanding rapidly nationwide, is seeking to add an experienced Graphic Designer to its talented team devoted to agent success and corporate growth. The Graphic Designer will develop custom and templatized print and digital design assets. This position works closely with the marketing and content teams within strict project timelines to produce a wide variety of agent and corporate collateral.
Responsibilities in this role include laying out, producing, and delivering assets across multiple mediums (print, presentation, digital, email, social, signage, video, etc.) This role will have two main focuses: to transform existing brand styles into a scalable and templatized system for agents, and to assist in the development of our corporate brand style. The ideal candidate will be an analytical and creative designer that pursues customer satisfaction and message clarity in all aspects of design deliverables; they will be a self starter that can work towards deadlines.
This position will be working within a startup environment that requires flexibility and nimbleness with good communication and willingness to make a real contribution to the team. As at any growing company, expect many other tasks and responsibilities to be assigned as well as growth opportunities to be seized.
Core Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs, requirements, and business goals
Produce designs for agents as well as large-scale corporate designs
Maintain organized file management and actively update project files throughout our asset management system, including all asset collection, project work ups, and final files archive according to set corporate guidelines
Consistently iterate to arrive at the optimal solution that exceeds expectations
Collaborate daily with the marketing team to ensure implementation is in keeping with finalized design and design system specifications
Maintain high quality design standards within pressing deadlines
Work with external vendors and provide files and directions related to design
Within 30 days, develop a deep understanding of AcrePro’s business and customer offerings
Present informed opinions on work and solutions to potential problems to internal stakeholders
Understand AcreTrader’s mission and core values
Be able to defend thoughts and ideas internally in a professional manner when challenged
Take on special projects and other duties as assigned
Key Competencies
2+ years experience working as a Graphic Designer or similar position
A strong portfolio showcasing your work
Proficiency with design tools such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe XD, and Figma
Experience working in a multidisciplinary environment
Ability to work within a collaborative and iterative user-centered design process
Ability to communicate professionally with agents and external vendors
Solid understanding of how to effectively use color, space, and typography
Ability to receive constructive feedback
Strong communication skills and ability to effectively convey ideas to others
Comfort in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
Ability to self-start with a strong bias for action
Intellectual curiosity with a mindset of continuous improvement
Ability to self-manage and prioritize a large and diverse workload
This position is based in Fayetteville, AR
Preferred Qualifications
Real estate industry experience is preferred but not required
Experience with digital advertising, video production, or motion graphic creation a plus
Experience developing Design Systems and Style Guides
Experience creating templates in Google Slides, Canva, or similar tool
Experience working in a startup environment
Experiencing creating illustrations and infographics
Background working on a long term project with the same team
