Job Description :	PRODUCTION/GRAPHIC DESIGNERDescription: Work with the creative director and/or art director to help bring creative concepts to life. Must have strong typographic and layout skills; strict attention to detail; outstanding organizational, project management, and file-organization skills. The ability to seamlessly switch back and forth from print to digital is crucial. Must be able to multi-task and work on more than one project at a time, while hitting tight deadlines. Producing accurate and high-quality work, with an attention to detail is a must.Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with the creative director, art directors, designers, and developersPrepare final art files based on supplied specifications for several types of media across digital and printStrong grasp of foundational design elements, including type, layout, color, balance, grids, etc.Provide image retouching, clipping paths and additional image manipulationAble to quickly adjust color, text, size, digital imagery, and other details pertaining to document aestheticsDevelop and design layouts, inclusive of copy and images for both print and digitalCreate layouts and graphics for websites and other social sites, such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram and LinkedInUpdate existing PowerPoint presentations and collateral; create new collateral for client presentations while adhering to brand standardsAssist creative team with edits to digital assets (email, landing pages, content downloads)Juggle a mix of large and small projects, often with overlapping priority and urgencyRequirements: Graphic Design or equivalent design degreeTwo or more years of design and production experience in an agency or in-house agency environmentKnowledge and experience with current print and print production processes, including the creation of digital artwork for press-quality outputProficient in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, as well as Microsoft PowerPointAbility to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with multiple team membersAbility to work independently and switch rapidly between different projects in a fast-paced environmentWe offer a relaxed yet highly motivated work environment, where each individual’s contribution to the business is truly valued.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $35,000.00 per yearSchedule:8 hour shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Graphic Design: 2 years (Preferred)Adobe Illustrator: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
