Job Description:
AQUENT is seeking a mid-level Graphic Designer in Austin, Texa for a great opportunity with Charles Schwab. We are looking for a Designer who is well organized with naming structure of layers and files, understands hierarchy of layers, using smart objects and pathfinder (adding, subtracting, minus front/back, etc. in Illustrator) producing a well optimized file to hand off.
Graphic Designer Required skills & responsibilities:
3-7 years of professional Graphic Design experience, working with creative and marketing teams
Knowledge of design principles, including layout, type, color, and composition
Ability to develop a broad range of conceptual solutions to a given assignment
Impeccably detail oriented, comfortable in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Excellent organization, communication and collaboration skills across capabilities and functional roles (ADs, Video, Account Service, etc.)
Ability to embrace our brand guidelines and use imagery, icons, and illustrations that bring it to life
Presents creative well both in person and virtually
Daring enough to make mistakes. Smart enough to learn from them
Partner with Art Director or Marketing Director to finalize files in Illustrator, Photoshop or InDesign, making any needed updates to the design, layout or file format(s)
Understands specific production process for all projects

Takes direction and feedback well
Knows when to ask for help
